ABOUT DENISE ENNETT

Arkansas State Representative, District 80

I am Denise Ennett, a mom, a public-education advocate, a community activist, and a lifelong resident of District 80. I am running for re-election to my third term as your State Representative. I am proud of the record I have built fighting for our public schools, expanding access to affordable healthcare, supporting the growth of our neighborhoods, and growing economic opportunities in the district.

As the mother of three children, one with special needs, the Arkansas Democrat Gazette described me as a "homemaker." I am a homemaker and so much more. Like generations of black women before me, I do the work that needs to be done - in my family, my community, my church, my kids' schools, and the halls of government. Whether that means rolling up my sleeves to clean up abandoned lots in our neighborhoods or passing legislation at Arkansas General Assembly, I show up. Yes, I am a homemaker and a leader, a black woman and a volunteer, a mom and your State Representative.

District 80 needs a representative that can deliver meaningful results. I get it; I grew up here and am raising my children here. We need transformative leadership, and there is no one who will fight quite like a mother fighting for the future. I need your support, so that I can keep working for you at our State Capitol.

Representative Denise Ennett's legislative accomplishments reflect a dedication to public health, economic development, and education.

Let's send her back to the statehouse so she can continue her work to address the issues that matter to the residents of District 80.
